Our services include:

• Advise if treatment plans are needed

• Insurance billing - Bi-Monthly or Monthly

• Posting of insurance payments (research denials and notify of any policy terminations)

• Help with pre-existing unpaid insurance accounts

• Patient Statements monthly on your request at $35.00 per hour

• Communication with patients (questions on benefits, payments, etc.)

• Generate financial reports and summaries (unpaid claims, patient aging)

Fees:

• 9% of profit based on insurance OR

• Hourly rate of $35.00/hour (10 or less existing patients/wk. would equal one hour) OR

• Monthly flat fee (handled on a case by case basis)

Practice Set Up:

• $35.00/hour. Average cost is $100-$300, depending on your practice

• A one-time $75.00 fee to set up electronic claim submission

• We will need patient intake (info) forms, Insurance I.D. cards, authorizations
